This charming Kauai rental condo at Lae Nani is the perfect “home away from home” for adult guests including retirees, golfers and honeymooners.  Unit 123 features expansive ocean and mountain views, a beautiful sofa-bed living and seating area, dining/game table, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable queen bed, ceiling fans and tinted windows provide the conveniences to make your stay comfortable and cool.  You have the choice of connecting with the outside world through the Wide Screen HD-TV, Cable and High Speed Internet with WiFi.  The spacious lanai adds more usable space with a chaise lounge and a large table plus four chairs for dining and enjoying the unobstructed coastline and mountain views anytime of day.

With no renters above our second floor penthouse location, privacy is yours as you hear only the sound of the ocean.  Parking is close by inside the secured, gated property.  You will love the sound of the ocean from every room in this Kauai beachfront rental.  Our rates vary from high season to low season and do include taxes and cleaning.

Rates

Our nightly rate is $141, or $987 per week.  Hawaii Taxes of 14.4% and a $145 cleaning fee is added to the rental rate for all reservations.  We do not require a security deposit.
One Week Rental = $1275 inclusive of taxes and fees.
Two Week Rental = $2403 inclusive of taxes and fees.
