Top Floor Family Friendly Oceanfront Condo in Kapaa

We aren’t kidding when we say  “on the beach”.  This 3rd floor, two-bedroom oceanfront Lae Nani Condo is less than 30 yards from the ocean and a beautiful white sand beach.  Fall asleep and wake up to the soothing sounds of the ocean from unit 535.   Your walk-up to the top floor is rewarded by incredible ocean, beach and garden views.  There are two lanai’s (decks); one off the living room and one off the master bedroom.  The owner’s of this unit cherish their beach front Island home and have renovated it to ensure that guests have everything they need for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

This condo is family-friendly, with a portable crib, stroller, booster seat, games and books for children to enjoy.  For a romantic getaway, the view from the master bedroom can’t be beat.   There is a comfortable King bed in the master and two twin beds in the second bedroom.  This unit features a flat screen cable/satellite TV with a Blu Ray and DVD player and a stereo system.  There is a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave and ice maker.  Free WiFi Internet is provided.

There is a small keiki (children’s) pool out front that is protected and perfect for small children who are ready to explore what the ocean has to offer.  Most days you can watch local surfers catching waves and if you’re lucky, witness an endangered Hawaiian monk seal basking on the beach.  There are on-site coin operated laundry facilities on the property.

Credit cards are accepted.  Lae Nani is a non-smoking property.

 We stayed here June 2011 and loved everything about this condo. The location of the condo itself is amazing and we loved listening and watching the waves crash from the balconies. Even better was the beach that took about 20 sec to reach. The beach was fun to swim and hang out at for our toddler and for adults. We loved that the condo included the use of sand toys, beach chairs and a boogie board. The condo also included toys for my toddler, a pack and play and a stroller – these extra touches made vacationing with our toddler so much easier. By the way the location of this property is the best on the island – great beach out front, within walking distance to restaurants and coffee, plus an easy location to take off and check out the rest of the island.
