Reservations/Deposit/Payments:

A two night (non-refundable) deposit is required to make a reservation for Lae Nani Unit #231. The balance of the rental fee, plus the cleaning fee and taxes are due in full 30 days prior to check in. We accept personal checks, cash or travellers checks. Credit cards are not accepted.

Taxes:

All rates are subject to a Hawaii Excise and Accommodations Tax which total 12.25%. (4% Hawaii Excise Tax and 8.25% Hawaii transient accommodations tax).

Cancellation Policy:

The two night deposit required to reserve Lae Nani Unit #231 is non-refundable should you need to cancel for any reason. Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to arrival date will be refunded less the two-night deposit if we are able to re-book the unit.
